The assignment summary report breaks down all the assignments based on the report parameters. This article will focus on the columns that are unique to the Assignment Summary Report.

Note that assignment reports cannot be run for ranges greater than one year without filtering by specific content to search.

Assignment ID: The unique ID for the assignment. If the Assignment IDs are the same for one or more assignments, then they are part of the same assignment group.

Assigner First Name: First name of the creator or admin who assigned the content.

Assigner Last Name: Last name of the creator of admin who assigned the content.

Assigner Email: Email address of the creator or admin who assigned the content.

Assigner Job Title: Job title of the creator or admin who assigned the content.

Assigner External ID: Unique ID for the creator or admin who assigned the content.

Assigned Date: Time-stamped date of the assignment.

Assignment Completed Date: Time-stamped date the assignment was completed. Note: for an assignment with multiple pieces of content, all content must be completed for the assignment to show complete.

Assignment Status:

  • Not started
  • Completed - On Time (Assignment completed by due date)
  • Completed - Late (Assignment completed after due date lapsed)

Assignment Due Date: Time-stamped date the assignment needs to be completed by. If there is no time and date, then the assignment does not have a due date.

Content Title: Title of the piece of content that is part of the assignment.

Content ID: Unique ID of the content that is part of the assignment.

Content Type: Type of content (article, file, SCORM, etc.) that is part of the assignment. 

Content Completion Date: Time-stamped date the piece of content that is part of the assignment was completed. This does not necessarily mean the assignment as a whole was completed.
